Location: Linkou, Taiwan; domestic and international travel is required.

What you will do
- Manage strategic relationships with key suppliers and oversee QLTCS performance.
- Develop supplier landscape visions, category sourcing strategies, and supplier account plans.
- Lead supplier selection activities and cross-functional sourcing teams.
- Negotiate long-term supply and new product introduction agreements and monitor contractual compliance.
- Drive cost and lead-time reduction, supply-base rationalization, and supplier improvement plans.
- Prepare supplier forecasts, assess financial health, and present make-or-buy and supplier-selection recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics management, engineering, or a related field, or at least 10 years of progressive supplier-management experience.
- Experience managing suppliers in a high-tech, international manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in strategic sourcing, complex negotiations, problem solving, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, build stakeholder networks, and manage relationships at all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Legal authorization to access US-controlled technology is required before starting work.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of technology-related supply chains, continuous improvement techniques, and technology manufacturing.
- Ability to speak Japanese and experience handling the Japan supply chain.
