Senior Platform Engineer (Kubernetes)

Location: Poland; hybrid work with options to work from company hubs

hirify.global develops an API and event stream management platform and is expanding into AI Agent Management, including secure infrastructure for agent gateways, MCP, and multi-agent workloads.

What you will do

• Deliver hirify.global NextGen Cloud infrastructure for API Gateway, AI Gateway, and Agent Management workloads.
• Build and maintain production-ready, Kubernetes-based customer environments.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure features with the Platform Team.
• Lead investigations of customer support issues and collaborate on technical resolutions.
• Create knowledge articles and share technical expertise through internal TechTalks.
• Improve operational processes and tools, including AI-assisted automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
• Experience creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation, with experience using Terraform and Docker.
• Experience with Argo Workflows, ArgoCD, Helm Charts, and certificate management with ZeroSSL or Let's Encrypt.
• Cloud platform experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, plus observability experience with Grafana and Prometheus.
• Curiosity, continuous-learning mindset, resilience, patience, and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with API Management or Identity and Access Management platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU workload orchestration, AI Gateway, or LLM-serving infrastructure.
• Knowledge of networking, service mesh, and traffic management patterns.
