Software Engineer, DevSecOps (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland, or Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; 70% in-office work model

What you will do

• Build and evolve automation for the internal developer platform using Python, TypeScript, GitHub Actions, Pulumi, Docker, AWS, JFrog, and vendor APIs.
• Partner with application engineering teams to migrate workloads to standardized, secure platform capabilities.
• Manage DevOps tooling, onboard repositories and engineering teams, validate platform behavior, and improve developer workflows.
• Design and maintain remote development workspaces, reusable templates, container configurations, base images, and onboarding documentation.
• Improve platform reliability through monitoring, alerting, dashboards, runbooks, and operational automation.
• Support AI-assisted software development, internal engineering tools, AI agents, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, deployment, and production operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or a related role.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience building and operating solutions in AWS.
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for production systems.
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including testing, code review, version control, and system design.
• Ability to work in the stated hybrid, in-office environment and collaborate with multiple engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Experience with artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory, Nexus, or GitHub Packages.
• Experience with security scanning, dependency management, code scanning, or vulnerability remediation workflows.
