Warehouse Operative (FMCG)

Location: Warrington, United Kingdom; onsite role

Salary: £14.24 per hour for 4-on/4-off day shifts (6am–6pm) and £15.47 per hour for 4-on/4-off night shifts (6pm–6am).

What you will do

• Assess inbound materials against specifications and complete records using warehouse management systems and Google.
• Unload inbound goods safely, move stock to the correct storage areas, and maintain appropriate stock rotation and temperature control.
• Operate forklifts and pallet trucks in storage and production areas.
• Pick and prepare accurate stock quantities for repackaging and other fulfilment activities.
• Carry out stock checks, keep stores and dispatch areas tidy, and support departmental KPIs.
• Load and dispatch all boxes on time and in full.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience driving PPT, HLOP, reach, counterbalance, or VNA equipment.
• Experience in FMCG fulfilment and manual handling equipment.
• IT literacy and the ability to use stock or warehouse management systems.
• Attention to detail and the ability to complete warehouse records accurately.
• Ability to work rotating 4-on/4-off day or night shifts onsite in Warrington.
