TL;DR
Application and Integration Architect (MuleSoft/TIBCO): Designing enterprise integration platforms, application architectures, data models, and hybrid solutions with an accent on API and data-level integration, security, governance, and scalability. Focus on leading architecture delivery across cloud, on-premises, serverless, and containerized environments, aligning technical solutions with business requirements, and guiding development teams through implementation.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work arrangement in Poland.

What you will do
- Design and maintain enterprise database architectures, data models, analytics platforms, BI services, and data governance solutions.
- Translate business, user, and technical requirements into architecture and solution designs.
- Analyze existing systems and services, identify gaps, and evaluate integration and technology options.
- Design, estimate, secure, govern, and optimize network, infrastructure, and enterprise integration capabilities.
- Lead development teams and provide architectural direction throughout design, development, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Prepare technical documentation, stakeholder presentations, and enterprise architecture artifacts.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of IT experience, including 5 years in a related domain.
- At least two relevant professional certifications, including options such as IASA Architect CITA-A, Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Data Fundamentals, TIBCO Certified Associate, or Certified SOA Architect.
- Lead or key architect experience delivering an enterprise-wide integration platform, with expertise in integration architectures, connectors, integration flows, service buses, and hybrid application integration.
- Technical expertise across MuleSoft, TIBCO, SOA, databases, application servers, communication middleware, cloud integration, SDLC, DevSecOps, UML, ArchiMate, TOGAF, and enterprise architecture tools.
- Eligibility to obtain an EU Personal Security Clearance is required. Very good English at minimum B2 level is required.
