Technical Architect (Oracle/Angular)

Location: Bulgaria or Poland; remote/office work options are available.

What you will do

• Design detailed technical architectures and implementation guidelines for economic and financial systems.
• Align solutions with business goals, policy objectives, operational constraints, and non-functional requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to performance, security, dependencies, and technical debt.
• Lead requirements analysis, guide development teams, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept, evaluate technologies, and support system integration and modernization.
• Define observability, reliability, scalability, documentation, API specifications, runbooks, test strategies, and code review practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree or five years of higher education and at least 15 years of professional IT experience.
• 10 years of advanced experience with Oracle and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Five years of advanced experience with Angular, TypeScript, Python, Podman, Docker, HTML, XML, CSS, and Airflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket, and Nx; experience with SDMX and basic knowledge of economic forecasting.
• Knowledge of NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, MongoDB, MySQL, Jira, GitLab, Kiro/Amazon Q, DSPy, and PostgreSQL.
• Advanced English at C1 or higher, including the ability to explain architectures to technical and business audiences and participate in multilingual meetings.
