Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical conversations with executives and senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Translate customer requirements into agreed architectures and adoption plans.
• Design complex integrations across e-commerce, CRM, data, and telephony systems.
• Run discovery and solution workshops and guide implementation.
• Lead Technical Account Managers and ensure reliable delivery of customer solutions.
• Channel customer feedback to Product and leadership to inform roadmaps and standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and delivering complex software solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data storage, and interoperability.
• Hands-on experience with REST and GraphQL integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive relationship-building, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Leadership and coaching mindset for enabling TAMs, customers, and partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.

Nice to have

• Experience launching AI agents and driving adoption with enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of telephony, including SIP trunking and call routing or setup.
