Finance Functional Lead (D365)

What you will do

• Lead the development, configuration, and implementation of D365FO finance modules in line with global process standards.
• Coordinate solution delivery with internal teams and external implementation partners.
• Validate configurations and support cutover and finance data migration activities.
• Resolve business-critical finance issues and improve financial and management reporting.
• Optimize finance processes while maintaining regulatory compliance and alignment with global standards.
• Help establish the new Europe ERP team and contribute to its future operating model.

Requirements

• Strong functional knowledge of D365FO Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Management.
• Experience with financial processes in manufacturing or gaming environments.
• Knowledge of multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting.
• Understanding of taxation, regulatory compliance, audit, reconciliations, and period-end close in D365FO.
• Experience delivering multiple full-cycle D365FO Finance implementations as a functional consultant.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and people management skills.
