What you will do
- Lead, mentor, train, and retain a substantial team of implementation analysts and subject matter experts.
- Oversee onboarding activities for new clients and act as an escalation point for important inquiries.
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive solutions across Global Delivery teams.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer and handovers between Sales, Global Delivery, and steady-state Operations.
- Manage people and projects while coordinating operational teams across diverse time zones.
- Present project and schedule information to subordinates and functional peer groups.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in accounting, securities, and financial markets.
- Experience with accounting and reporting for fixed income, structured products, and/or derivatives.
- 4+ years of relevant experience leading and managing implementation teams.
- Advanced skills in Clarizen, Salesforce, InsightSquared, Paylocity, Microsoft Office, data migration, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Experience with project management tools and MS SQL or similar relational databases.
- Bachelor's or master's education in Finance or Accounting, with strong communication, documentation, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
