Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner

Location: Flixton, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid working

Salary: £43,000–£45,000 per annum

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and other financial reports.
• Produce variance analysis and forecasts to support informed decision making.
• Partner with the business on financial planning and performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage financial controls and compliance.
• Line manage and motivate a member of the finance team.

Requirements

• Part ACCA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience.
• Experience producing management accounts.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in financial business partnering.
• Good Excel skills.
