Cyber Compliance Analyst (Gaming)

What you will do

• Lead and contribute to cybersecurity compliance activities, global audits, evidence collection, and process improvements.
• Support SOC 1, SOC 2, and Multi-State Lottery (MUSL) audits across North and Latin America.
• Assist with ISO 27001, IT General Controls, Gaming Labs International, and PCI audits.
• Support third-party assessments, cybersecurity policy updates, and the related exceptions process.
• Partner with internal audit and business stakeholders to respond to findings, manage risks, and drive remediation.
• Identify cybersecurity gaps, track critical metrics, and support global security initiatives and strategy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in information security audit or compliance.
• Practical experience participating in and leading SOC 1, SOC 2, and MUSL audits.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certifications.
• Analytical, critical-thinking, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred certifications include CISA, CISSP, CCSP, CISM, and CompTIA Security+.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NIST CSF and NIST 800-53.
• Experience with gaming industry standards such as GLI-GSF, GLI-19, and GLI-33, or U.S. gaming regulations.
• Experience using AI and automation technologies to improve GRC processes.
• Adaptability and a proactive, team-oriented approach in a global environment.
