Senior Physical Security Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze alarm metrics, incident reports, operational data, and security KPIs to identify trends, gaps, vulnerabilities, and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate security events and operational inefficiencies, identify root causes, and develop and test potential solutions independently.
• Develop and refine security operating procedures, SOPs, and documentation based on operational best practices and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with the Physical Security Lead, senior leadership, Compliance, and other stakeholders to validate findings and drive adoption of updated procedures.
• Maintain detailed analysis and investigation records and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work with the Global Security Operations Center to improve response protocols and escalation pathways.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in physical security operations, security analysis, law enforcement, corporate security, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze security data, identify patterns, and recommend actionable operational improvements.
• Experience with incident reporting systems, alarm management, security metrics, or security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document procedures and findings for senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating with compliance or regulatory functions in fast-paced environments where discretion and accuracy are critical.
