Senior Physical Security Operations Analyst

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: 88,300–110,400 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Review alarm metrics, incident reports, operational data, and security KPIs to identify trends, gaps, vulnerabilities, and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate security events and operational inefficiencies, identify root causes, and develop and test solutions independently.
• Develop and refine security operating procedures, SOPs, and related documentation based on operational best practices and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with the Physical Security Lead, senior leadership, Compliance, and other stakeholders to validate findings and implement procedures.
• Document analyses, investigations, and recommendations and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work with the Global Security Operations Center to improve response protocols and escalation pathways.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in physical security operations, security analysis, law enforcement, corporate security, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze security data, identify patterns, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Experience with incident reporting systems, alarm management, security metrics, or compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, including communication with senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
• Collaborative experience with cross-functional, compliance, and regulatory teams in fast-paced environments requiring discretion and accuracy.
