Process Engineer Lamination (Automotive)

What you will do

• Develop and implement efficient lamination production processes for new and existing automotive products.
• Define process parameters and limits while ensuring product quality and functionality requirements.
• Validate and optimize processes using MFU, PFU, DOE, SPC, and other statistical methods.
• Support pilot runs, pre-series, and serial production by troubleshooting process issues and implementing improvements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, process data sheets, and reference samples.
• Participate in process FMEA, Run@Rate evaluations, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience as a process engineer in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Good communication, teamwork, and flexibility.
• English and/or German language skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel for business when required.
