Assembly Operator (UAV)

What you will do

• Assemble UAV systems, subassemblies, and components according to technical drawings, documentation, and work instructions.
• Perform production tasks, basic functional checks, and assembly testing in line with quality and manufacturing standards.
• Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and production issues while supporting resolution with Quality and Engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate production records and achieve daily production targets.
• Support continuous improvement, equipment care, and a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow health, safety, quality, and company regulations.

Requirements

• Technical education, vocational training, or equivalent experience in manufacturing, assembly, mechanics, electronics, or a related field.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and experience with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Basic understanding of quality standards and production processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a reliable, disciplined, and quality-focused approach.
• Romanian language required; professional English proficiency is an advantage.
