What you will do

• Lead multiple complex research, development, study, and New Product Introduction projects within strategic programs.
• Develop project plans, resource requirements, schedules, budgets, and governance frameworks.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, project controls, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, operations, testing, quality, supply chain, purchasing, and external partners.
• Report project performance and progress to sponsors and senior stakeholders, facilitating decisions and accountability.
• Improve project management methodologies, governance, tools, and organizational best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously, including large-scale technical or business projects.
• Strong project planning, resource planning, budget management, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or high-technology industries and in international matrix organizations.
• Knowledge of NPI, product development, or R&D project environments, including business cases and CAPEX management.
• Fluent English communication skills and experience managing external suppliers, subcontractors, or technology partners.
