Engineering Manager - Revenue Management Azure

What you will do

• Lead an engineering team while owning delivery, team development, professional well-being, and career growth.
• Write, review, and contribute to production code while guiding architecture, technical design, engineering standards, and release quality.
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver roadmap commitments in partnership with the Technical Product Owner and Product team.
• Translate business objectives into engineering priorities and adapt plans, staffing, and sequencing as requirements change.
• Own hiring, interviewing, coaching, performance management, and development of future technical and people leaders.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, GTM, Customer Success, senior leadership, and engineering peers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management with active coding responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-based SaaS products in production on Azure; AWS or GCP experience is beneficial.
• Strong experience leading teams in the FinOps space and managing multidisciplinary teams including full-stack and data engineers.
• Senior-level fluency in the team’s primary technology stack, with the ability to read, write, and review code.
• Experience transforming engineering teams through measurable improvements in delivery velocity, technical quality, or team caliber.
• Strong API-first mindset, judgment under pressure, and direct communication skills.

• Strong Golang knowledge or experience.
• Established AI-augmented workflow and experience with agentic workflows.
• Hands-on experience with multiple cloud providers.
• Experience scaling teams, processes, or technical systems.
