What you will do
- Lead and manage an engineering team delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Guide cross-functional and distributed teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Set objectives aligned with organizational goals and support engineers through one-on-ones, mentoring, and development.
- Improve delivery practices, technical foundations, continuous learning, and collaboration.
- Participate in interviewing and hiring engineers from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, Design, and engineering leadership across Europe.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of one or more of Node, React, SQL, Kubernetes, GraphQL, Docker, gRPC, or Pub/Sub.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing technical talent, plus strong communication skills and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Hiring process
- Introductory call of approximately 30 minutes.
- Hiring manager review and interview focused on technical and team fit.
- Technical interview lasting approximately 60–120 minutes, followed by an optional team meeting.
