COUPA Technical/Functional Lead (SAP)

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of new COUPA architecture and major functional upgrades.
• Develop expertise across the COUPA application suite and design application and data frameworks.
• Deliver iterative COUPA releases while maintaining a longer-term technical vision.
• Own prioritization, management, and progress reporting for Finance initiatives.
• Define end-to-end requirements with SAP and MuleSoft teams, including interface design, testing, and documentation.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across the SAP platform with internal and third-party technical teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring and administering COUPA and understanding SAP financial table structures and data elements.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled change from requirements definition and solution design through build, testing, and live transition.
• Knowledge of COUPA and COUPA Marketplace products, SAP S/4HANA, analytics and reporting, purchasing, and Finance integrations.
• Experience working with offshore and nearshore service providers in a matrix organization.
• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain organized and effective under pressure and changing priorities.
