Engineering Manager - Revenue Management Azure

Location: Remote in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden or Israel

What you will do

• Lead an engineering team, owning delivery, professional development, performance management, and team growth.
• Write and review code, contribute to architectural decisions, and maintain high engineering and release standards.
• Own roadmap commitments, planning, prioritization, delivery quality, and adaptation to changing business priorities.
• Partner with Product, Technical Product, Design, GTM, Customer Success, and other teams on scope, sequencing, trade-offs, and alignment.
• Hire engineers, develop future technical and people leaders, and mentor other engineering managers.
• Apply AI-augmented workflows while maintaining strong quality standards for engineering output.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management with active coding responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-based SaaS products in production on Azure; AWS or GCP experience is beneficial.
• Strong background leading teams in FinOps and managing multidisciplinary teams including full-stack and data engineers.
• Senior-level technical fluency in the primary engineering stack, including the ability to read, write, and review code.
• Experience with API-first product development, availability, cost ownership, customer-facing systems, hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Demonstrated success transforming engineering teams through measurable improvements in delivery velocity, technical quality, or team capability.

• Strong Golang knowledge or experience.
• Established AI-augmented workflow and experience with agentic workflows.
• Hands-on experience with multiple cloud providers.
• Experience scaling teams, processes, or technical systems.
