Engineering Manager - Revenue Management Azure

What you will do

• Lead an engineering team, owning delivery, team development, professional well-being, and career growth.
• Write, review, and maintain production code while contributing to architectural and technical decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering quality, release processes, delivery velocity, and team operating practices.
• Partner with Product and the Technical Product Owner on roadmap planning, prioritization, scope, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers, technical leads, and future engineering managers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, GTM, Customer Success, and other teams to maintain cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management with active coding responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-based SaaS products in production on Azure; AWS or GCP experience is advantageous.
• Strong background leading teams in FinOps and managing multidisciplinary teams including full-stack and data engineers.
• Senior-level technical fluency, including the ability to read, write, and review code and make architectural decisions.
• Experience transforming engineering teams with measurable improvements in delivery velocity, technical quality, or team capability.
• Strong judgment, direct communication, and a clear approach to hiring, coaching, performance management, and technical decision-making.

• Strong Golang knowledge or experience.
• Established AI-augmented workflows and experience with agentic development tools.

• Experience scaling teams, processes, or technical systems.
