Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (AI) (Java/Spring Boot, Angular, agentic systems): Building end-to-end product features, scalable microservices, user interfaces, and AI-orchestrated engineering workflows for a PropTech platform with an accent on autonomous agents, evaluation frameworks, and system architecture. Focus on designing reliable agent loops, modernizing legacy infrastructure, and delivering measurable user outcomes in small autonomous squads.
Location: Fully remote across Europe; hubs in Germany and Serbia.

What you will do
- Own the product journey from understanding customer pain points and prototyping to shipping high-value features.
- Build full-stack experiences with Angular on the frontend and Java/Spring Boot microservices on the backend.
- Design autonomous agent loops, tool permissions, failure recovery, and evaluation frameworks for AI-generated outputs.
- Debug and modernize legacy codebases and infrastructure while maintaining platform stability and performance.
- Drive code quality through reviews, automated testing, maintainable architecture, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience and a strong record of shipping full-stack products.
- Deep proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful APIs, and strong Angular skills.
- Practical experience orchestrating AI agents and designing feedback loops and evaluation systems.
- Strong architectural judgment covering system boundaries, state management, edge cases, and long-term technical direction.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Kotlin or cross-platform mobile development.
- Experience in InsurTech, PropTech, or property restoration.
