What you will do

• Understand, define, analyze, and document client requirements and challenges through regular meetings.
• Translate business and technical requirements into technical build direction using specifications, whiteboard discussions, and UML modeling.
• Collaborate with product and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle to conceptualize, build, and implement end-to-end digital solutions.
• Work with executives, department leaders, and project partners across the organization.
• Research industry trends and recommend technologies and methods to customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze strategic and competitive information to continuously improve product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Broad expertise in digital web and mobile products, technologies, platforms, frameworks, patterns, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of technical documentation methods and tools, including Visio, UML, and object modeling.
• Experience with e-commerce, CRM, web, social media, and web analytics assets, as well as software build principles and security concepts.
• Strong communication, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, business judgment, and experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery.
