What you will do

• Support product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization for Promoted Ads initiatives.
• Conduct product discovery and research, define requirements, and prepare briefs for design and engineering.
• Create product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain a prioritized and groomed backlog while coordinating daily software development planning in an agile environment.
• Use data and analytics to measure product performance and inform optimization decisions.
• Define testing strategies, collaborate with QA, and support product rollouts and deployments.

Requirements

• Some experience or strong interest in product development and management, including internship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong communication, time management, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and maintain a customer-focused product mindset.
• Based in New York, NY, USA.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent experience.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail.
