Sr Engineer II - QA Manual (Gaming)

What you will do

• Analyze game requirements with developers and game designers.
• Develop test strategies, create test cases, execute tests, and report defects.
• Plan and coordinate system integration testing with the SIT Manager and Team Leads.
• Work with Game Development to investigate and resolve issues during test cycles.
• Prepare or modify game code for extended automated testing and collect memory metrics and core dumps.
• Improve testing tools, processes, test coverage, compliance, and time to market.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software testing experience.
• Experience developing and implementing test scenarios, including structured testing techniques, impact analysis, regression testing, and test reporting.
• Understanding of SDLC, software engineering principles, Git workflows, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Linux, Windows, Unity, and functional automation tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, and Cucumber.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, such as B.Tech, BE, or MCA.
• Ability to collaborate with developers to assess code changes and work in distributed product teams.

• Slot game testing experience.
• Software testing certification.
• Automation experience and knowledge of gaming compliance and regulations.
