Tester1 (Games QA)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; onsite at an office near Victoria Square

Salary: 4,325 RON gross per month starting salary

What you will do

• Test games across a wide range of genres, with particular emphasis on RPGs.
• Explore gameplay systems and identify issues through hands-on playtesting.
• Report bugs and provide detailed feedback on game behavior and player experience.
• Collaborate with QA colleagues and contribute to a supportive, accountable team environment.
• Learn how games are made and develop practical experience in the gaming industry.

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level or above, spoken and written.
• Passion for games of all genres, especially RPGs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ambition, diligence, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Willingness to start a career in the gaming industry and learn game development workflows.
• Prior QA experience is helpful but not required.

Nice to have

• Gaming experience on consoles, including PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Stadia, or VR.
• Steam beta testing and detailed forum bug-reporting experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, economics, or statistics.
• Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or 3D modeling.
