Audit Content Analyst (QA)

Location: IND-Pune-Smartworks; onsite work may be required at a hirify.global office during recruitment

hirify.global develops Knowledge Coach software and content solutions for audit professionals.

What you will do

• Review audit documents for correctness before customer release, including word-by-word comparison with master documents.
• Perform QA checks on Knowledge Coach content updates and releases.
• Conduct selected tests of application functionality.
• Identify, document, and report content and QA issues to support timely resolution.
• Collaborate with content developers, technical teams, and stakeholders to improve the clarity and usability of audit content.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on audit experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, spelling, grammar, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English language and communication skills.
• Understanding of audit principles, standards, and practices, with the ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to have

• CA Intermediate with completed articleship, CMA qualification, or pursuit of CPA.
• Familiarity with content management or QA processes.
• Self-starter mindset and prior relevant experience.
