TL;DR

What you will do
- Create, review, and execute test cases, scenarios, and test plans for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and system testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Conduct API testing with Postman or Swagger and validate application behavior across devices and platforms.
- Perform database validation with basic SQL queries and provide clear test reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and selection of test cases for automation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in manual testing.
- Strong knowledge of PDLC, SDLC, STLC, and the defect lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with test case design techniques such as boundary value analysis and equivalence partitioning.
- Experience with API testing, REST APIs, Postman, or Swagger.
- Exposure to automation tools such as Playwright and knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Experience in Agile environments with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot for test design, analysis, and documentation.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Git, cloud-based application testing with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and performance testing with JMeter.
- Healthcare billing domain knowledge.
