Senior Technical Lead - C++ Developer (Gaming): Building and optimizing high-quality, scalable game modules with an accent on advanced C++, debugging, performance, stability, and memory optimization. Focus on resolving complex technical issues, improving CI/CD and engineering standards, and coordinating technical delivery across engineers, designers, artists, and mathematicians.
Location: Noida, India; onsite role

What you will do
- Build, develop, and improve game features and modules using advanced C++ and object-oriented design principles.
- Debug, profile, and optimize game code for performance, stability, and memory efficiency.
- Write maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and uphold engineering standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, artists, and mathematicians on complex game projects.
- Support project planning, estimation, tracking, and early technical risk mitigation.
- Improve CI/CD practices, development processes, debugging practices, and team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Strong practical experience with advanced C++ 11/14 and object-oriented analysis and design.
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Experience programming in Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Git or SVN, GDB, profiling tools, and static or dynamic analysis tools.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and Agile/Scrum development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
