Senior SQA Manager (C/C++, Python, CXL, PCIe)

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of at least 3–4 engineers while contributing hands-on across multiple projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade Python software and C/C++ test frameworks.
• Validate firmware and hardware-related functionality for PCIe, CXL, memory controllers, and interconnect technologies.
• Create, enhance, and refactor Pytest and GTest test suites, including new test cases for Python and C/C++ components.
• Integrate test execution, gating, and validation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive architectural discussions, code reviews, technical decision-making, mentoring, and cross-functional delivery planning.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant experience designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade software systems using Python.
• Expert proficiency with Pytest and C/C++ testing frameworks, plus practical experience with GTest.
• People management experience, including managing at least 3–4 people.
• Ability to debug Python and C/C++ test failures using tools such as pdb, VSCode, PyCharm, GDB, or CLion.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication, system design, problem-solving, code review, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-driven testing tools.
• Experience applying open-source AI tools to generate or refine test scenarios.
