University Graduate - Business Management (Wealth Management)

Location: St Peter Port, Guernsey

Programme start: 1 April 2027. Duration: 18 months.

What you will do

• Support Relationship Managers, Market Area Heads, and senior stakeholders in executing business strategy and key initiatives.
• Prepare management information, dashboards, financial analysis, and data-driven insights for decision-making and supervisory activities.
• Coordinate business change, transformation, client experience, regulation, process optimisation, technology, and revenue-generation projects.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and other support functions to deliver business objectives and effective governance.
• Support risk management, regulatory deadlines, management presentations, strategy papers, town halls, newsletters, and executive reporting.
• Assist with project coordination, business tools, reporting capabilities, and performance management frameworks.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, completed no more than 36 months ago.
• Initial practical experience in banking or the financial industry is helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organisation, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, build effective relationships, take responsibility, and adapt to change.
• Commitment to putting clients first and supporting effective delegation and separation of responsibilities.
• Eligibility to work in Guernsey is required.

Nice to have

• Banking or financial-industry internship experience.
• Interest in investment products, business analytics, reporting tools, process improvement, and emerging technologies.
