Senior Expert D&T - Workforce Management & Planning (Digital & Technology)

What you will do

• Own and evolve Digital & Technology workforce planning frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
• Coordinate capacity reviews, demand consolidation, workforce forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Translate portfolio demand into workforce implications, scenarios, and prioritization recommendations.
• Identify cross-platform capacity and capability risks and support workforce governance forums.
• Provide decision-ready insights on capacity, utilization, gaps, budgets, and investment planning.
• Scale Planview and improve workforce data models, KPIs, data quality, and resource management maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, portfolio management, PMO, or strategic planning within large-scale IT or Digital organizations.
• Expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
• Experience with workforce planning tools and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and decisions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
