What you will do
- Identify improvement opportunities and project-manage the introduction of manufacturing systems and procedures.
- Improve fab operational performance using Lean Manufacturing and Factory Physics principles.
- Analyze and improve OEE performance and drive throughput improvement programs.
- Work with cross-module teams to implement new procedures and manufacturing systems.
- Manage small and large cross-functional project teams.
- Perform speed modeling and throughput analysis.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Excel and a data-oriented approach.
- Working knowledge of 5S and manufacturing management and performance improvement programs.
- Experience with industrial engineering methodologies, including implementation and analysis.
- Project management or leadership experience.
Nice to have
- Green Belt or Black Belt qualification.
- Additional project management or leadership experience.
