HSE Manager

Location: Castelli Calepio, Italy; onsite

Salary: €42,000 minimum gross annual salary

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the HSE team, supporting cross-training and career development.
• Develop HSE training methods and improve risk assessment competency across functions.
• Track and analyze incidents and implement preventive measures and training.
• Guide the ongoing maintenance of risk assessments, policies, and safety procedures.
• Support plant installations, facilities, social and sanitary standards, and technical equipment purchasing.
• Design ergonomic workplaces and work sequences to improve employee well-being.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in HSE, EHS, or safety management in manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.
• 3–5 years of experience leading HSE teams or programs.
• Experience managing site-level or multi-site HSE operations.
• Experience working with local, state, and federal safety and environmental requirements in regulated environments.
