Rooms Division Manager (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Lead and inspire the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
• Coach managers and supervisors and support their professional development.
• Drive a smooth, thoughtful guest experience across short stays, long stays, and all guest touchpoints.
• Develop local guest experience strategies and contribute to broader operational initiatives.
• Partner with Food & Beverage, Membership, and Commercial teams to improve operations.
• Monitor guest feedback, budgets, performance, service quality, and revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hotel experience, including leadership in Rooms or Front Office operations.
• Background in hospitality management or a related field.
• Experience leading large teams and providing clear direction and motivation.
• Confidence using digital tools to streamline work and track results.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
• Creative, guest-focused approach to solving operational challenges.
