Product Manager - Biosurgery (MedTech)

What you will do

• Lead strategies for market share growth, technology adoption, and portfolio expansion across the haemostat category.
• Manage the SURGICEL and SURGIFLO portfolios, including product launches, lifecycle management, pricing, budgets, forecasting, and inventory planning.
• Translate customer, clinical, market, and competitive insights into differentiated value propositions and integrated omnichannel plans.
• Develop customer engagement programmes, communications, education initiatives, and KOL advocacy programmes.
• Support the sales organisation through training and capability-building initiatives that accelerate adoption.
• Align UKI, EMEA, regulatory, medical, commercial, sales, and education stakeholders to deliver sustainable business performance.

Requirements

• Strong track record of delivering results in marketing, product management, or commercial roles.
• Experience in product management or marketing within MedTech, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Deep clinical, procedural, and product knowledge with the ability to translate insights into commercial strategies.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with new product introductions, portfolio management, and competitive strategy development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
