Senior Data Product Manager (Digital Products)

What you will do

• Own a defined area of the Enterprise Product Hub product data estate, including attributes used to identify, describe, and sell products.
• Build a greenfield digital product lifecycle solution for ingesting and publishing product data across A&G, Health, and Corporate Markets.
• Engage stakeholders, elicit requirements, and translate business needs into clear specifications from concept through live release.
• Prioritise maintenance, programme delivery, and roadmap investments based on business value and measurable outcomes.
• Support adoption through training, guidance, documentation, system onboarding, and data-flow documentation.
• Coach and develop junior and mid-level analysts and contribute to recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Experience writing clear, well-constrained requirements and specifications, with interest in AI-assisted delivery methods.
• Experience independently owning a product or workstream end to end and making prioritisation and scope decisions under ambiguity.
• Senior stakeholder management experience across business and engineering teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Deep knowledge of data management, ideally including master data management, data governance, and metadata management.
• Experience coaching and developing junior or mid-level analysts.
• Product management or product owner experience is beneficial; experience with an MDM platform, academic publishing, or federated enterprise MDM environments is advantageous.
