Equipment Services Global Product Manager - Filter Integrity Testers

What you will do

• Develop service strategies, business plans, product positioning, and pricing strategies for filter integrity tester products.
• Segment markets, identify unmet customer needs and emerging opportunities, and benchmark competitors.
• Reassess service models and define new service product requirements based on market dynamics.
• Partner with engineering, hardware, manufacturing, and sales teams to deliver service roadmaps on time, within budget, and to quality and regulatory standards.
• Drive product launches and go-to-market readiness.
• Define and track KPIs, maintain customer satisfaction, and manage product care and end-of-service activities throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree providing relevant domain expertise.
• Experience in product management, product marketing, or sales.
• Previous experience in life sciences or equipment services.
• Experience leading commercial and technical projects with diverse, cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% of the time.
