What you will do

• Originate financing opportunities and lead coverage of UK and European insurance clients.
• Manage a portfolio of client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Own the preparation of pitchbooks and client marketing materials.
• Structure and execute transactions, including credit analysis, internal committee materials, and legal documentation review.
• Oversee financial and capital models used for pitching and lending.
• Coordinate multi-product solutions involving capital markets, derivatives, and risk management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in the insurance or banking sector.
• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, finance, economics, engineering, science, or a complementary discipline.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including financial modelling and credit analysis.
• Working knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks and broader financial products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting loan recommendations and structuring proposals.
• Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.
