TL;DR
AI Test Automation Engineer (Python) (AI-powered QA and agentic automation): Building production systems that generate and maintain tests, triage failures, evaluate AI features, and orchestrate quality workflows across backend, web, mobile, and CI pipelines with an accent on test automation, LLM evaluation, and reliable agent execution. Focus on designing multi-step agents, managing non-determinism and test flakiness, integrating observability and CI/CD tooling, and validating Arabic, English, RTL, POS, tax, and payment behavior.

What you will do
- Build production AI systems that generate and maintain automated tests from specifications, code, and production traffic.
- Develop failure-triage, self-healing locator, suite-health, flake-detection, quarantine, and coverage-gap tooling.
- Own backend, web, and mobile automation, including API and contract testing, Playwright, Appium or Maestro, device farms, offline behavior, synchronization, and payment peripherals.
- Create evaluation infrastructure for AI features, including datasets, scoring, regression detection, human review, and CI quality gates.
- Build agentic workflows that read diffs, select and run tests, reproduce failures, propose fixes, and manage release-risk assessment.
- Integrate orchestration with CI, Jira, observability, and MCP-style tool interfaces while managing state, retries, memory, sandboxing, and multi-agent handoffs.
Requirements
- Recent hands-on experience shipping production software with LLM-backed systems used by real users.
- Strong Python skills and professional experience with at least one of .NET, Java, or TypeScript.
- Release-gating automation experience across backend and at least one UI surface, web or mobile.
- Experience building measurable evaluation systems and working with prompting, structured output, retrieval, tool use, and agentic AI orchestration.
- Strong testing fundamentals, including framework design, test layering, CI/CD, parallel execution, performance testing, and management of flaky or non-deterministic systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Nice to have
- Experience evaluating Arabic and English behavior, RTL interfaces, and region-specific POS, tax, and payment rules.
- Experience with context engineering, LLM observability, model routing, prompt and version management, fine-tuning, or distillation.
