What you will do
- Design and execute test scenarios across mobile, web, and backend systems.
- Perform regression, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end testing for Scrum commitments.
- Investigate defects and root causes, and collaborate with developers on fixes.
- Participate in product and technical grooming by identifying risks and unclear requirements.
- Work with the Automation team to expand coverage, improve regression suites, and decide which tests should be automated.
- Use AI tools and agents to create test scenarios, identify requirement gaps, reduce repetitive work, and deliver at least one measurable AI-driven QA initiative within six months.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on QA experience.
- Strong test design, defect lifecycle management, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience improving a measurable quality outcome through testing, automation, or bug-finding initiatives.
- Practical experience using AI tools in QA or development.
- Understanding of automation concepts and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Experience with complex products involving mobile, web, and backend systems, preferably in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
