Senior Full Stack/AI Agents Engineer

What you will do

• Design and build production-grade full-stack applications based on AI agents and multi-agent architectures.
• Develop responsive web interfaces with conversational experiences, real-time streaming responses, and agent-monitoring dashboards.
• Build Python back-end services and REST, gRPC, and MCP APIs for agent-to-agent and agent-to-system communication.
• Develop agentic workflows using Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain/LangGraph, or Azure AI Agent Service.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI through prompt engineering, tool and function calling, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
• Design cloud-native, secure, observable, and cost-optimized systems using Azure services, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including at least 3 years with the Azure stack.
• Strong Python back-end skills, with knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and API development.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, and agentic solution architectures.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB vector search, RAG architectures, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong front-end skills with modern frameworks, typed JavaScript, semantic HTML/CSS, and responsive accessible UI design.
• Experience with real-time features, authentication and authorization, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
