Location: Boston Hub, United States; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $169,031–$253,547 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Business Partner account team within Our hirify.global Agency, Commerce.
• Guide agency teams through complex stakeholder landscapes across the hirify.global Group.
• Build trusted relationships with marketing partners and understand their commercial priorities and challenges.
• Lead multi-market briefs across eCommerce, digital channels, retail, and shopper touchpoints.
• Oversee agency budgets, capacity planning, operational setup, processes, and team structures.
• Define, train, and nurture the Business Partner team while collaborating across regional hubs and the global agency network.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in an external or in-house advertising, marketing, or digital agency focused on commerce and retail experiences.
• Proven people leadership with an inclusive, nurturing, positive, and determined approach.
• Strong business maturity, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Experience improving agency operations, ways of working, processes, and team structures.
• Ability to collaborate across regional hubs and the global agency network.
• Ability to travel internationally when required.
