Finance Manager - Real Estate - 12 Month FTC (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Provide financial control and oversight for UK residential property funds, including a Luxembourg FCP and English Limited Partnership structures.
• Review accounting packs, NAV calculations, performance data, fee metrics, AIFMD inputs, and investor reporting.
• Monitor fund cash requirements, development funding, forecasts, redemptions, and liquidity management.
• Prepare and review accounting memos, financial due diligence, legal agreements, and accounting treatment for acquisitions and disposals.
• Manage IFRS financial statement production, audit coordination, supplier relationships, and Board and Audit Committee reporting.
• Line-manage a Senior Associate and provide accounting guidance to internal teams and external service providers.

Requirements

• Experience in fund finance, property fund accounting, financial control, or a related investment-management environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS financial statements, NAV review, budgeting, forecasting, and cash monitoring.
• Experience reviewing complex transactions, financial due diligence, legal agreements, and accounting memos.
• Ability to coordinate with auditors, administrators, accountants, tax teams, investors, and external suppliers.
• Experience managing or providing oversight to colleagues and service providers.
• Based in London for the role.
