Data Operations Analyst (Korean Speaker)

What you will do

• Process client deliverables, coding, and data input validation for specific categories.
• Handle commercial queries and coordinate the resolution of data, process, and product issues.
• Plan and execute a complex daily workload while meeting departmental and company schedules.
• Analyze gaps and improvement areas in coding, data validation, client instructions, processes, and tools.
• Provide feedback to country teams and support standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Work with Operations and Enablement teams in a virtual, multicultural environment to meet client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of operational experience are welcome.
• Strong organization, teamwork, accuracy, proactivity, attention to detail, and deadline management.
• Project management aptitude, including critical-path planning, task sequencing, and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean; Korean is mandatory for supporting the Korea market.
• Good Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, charts, spreadsheets, and tables.
