Senior Data Analyst (Quick Commerce): Designing advanced analytics and measurement solutions for quick commerce investments, dark stores, fulfillment, delivery, and assortment across 16 markets with an accent on causal impact modeling, incremental ROI, SQL data modeling, and business-facing visualization. Focus on building AI-powered root-cause analysis agents, automated anomaly detection, LLM-assisted insights, and scalable analytics workflows while mentoring junior analysts.

What you will do
- Design analytical methodologies, including causal impact modeling and incremental ROI measurement for quick commerce investments.
- Translate analysis into recommendations on capital allocation and tactical execution for initiatives such as dark store expansion, assortment changes, delivery fees, and discounting.
- Partner with senior quick commerce, operations, and supply chain stakeholders to define objectives, prioritize analytics solutions, and present insights.
- Define measurement frameworks and metrics, and lead complex SQL modeling with BigQuery and dbt across massive datasets.
- Build dashboards and data assets in Looker or Tableau, including AI-powered root-cause analysis and anomaly detection solutions.
- Mentor junior analysts and drive adoption of AI-assisted analytics workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with strong SQL, Python, data modeling, and data visualization skills.
- Advanced SQL proficiency, preferably with BigQuery or a similar data warehouse.
- Experience with Looker or Tableau and a solid background in statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Experience leading or mentoring analysts, with strong business acumen and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on complex projects and deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting quick commerce, operations, supply chain, commercial, or retail teams.
- Familiarity with dbt or Airflow.
- Experience influencing operations leadership and driving optimization through data-backed recommendations.
