Finance Operations Intern

Location: Onsite at the HQ in Rotterdam, the Netherlands

Internship allowance: €700 per month

What you will do

• Assist with accurate, timely, and compliant payments to customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Care and Sales to resolve Order-to-Cash issues and mediate fair, timely solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage daily operational tasks while meeting SLAs.
• Suggest improvements to streamline internal finance processes.
• Monitor industry best practices and regulations relevant to payment operations and compliance.

Requirements

• English at an above-average professional level.
• Enrollment in a business, economics, finance, or related academic program, or a clear interest in payment operations and compliance.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, structure work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
