AI Product Owner (AI): Owning the vision, roadmap and delivery of AI-powered products that solve business challenges and create measurable impact across logistics and e-commerce with an accent on product strategy, KPI definition and scalable AI solutions. Focus on translating business needs into AI product requirements, validating outcomes, driving adoption and shaping reusable solutions with LLMs, RAG, agents and AI evaluation frameworks.
Location: Remote cooperation within Poland. Office address: Czerniakowska 87a, 00-718 Warszawa, Poland.

What you will do
- Own the vision, roadmap and backlog for AI-powered products, balancing business value, effort, risk and strategic alignment.
- Partner with domain experts and business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define KPIs, success metrics and business cases covering productivity, revenue and operational efficiency.
- Lead AI product delivery from discovery and validation through deployment, managing scope, dependencies, prioritisation and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive adoption through change management, training and user enablement, while monitoring usage, value realisation and business impact.
- Help establish reusable AI solutions, standards, tools and operating models that scale across markets and business functions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
- Experience delivering AI, ML, GenAI or data-driven products.
- Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with KPIs, business cases, value-tracking models and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot and LLM APIs.
- English proficiency at C1 level or above.
Nice to have
- Product or Agile certifications such as PSPO, CSPO or SAFe PO/PM.
- Logistics, e-commerce or supply-chain industry experience.
- Basic Python and SQL knowledge.
- Experience working in international, cross-market environments.
