Product Manager - AI Platform (AI) (AI/Fintech): Defining and scaling a compliant internal AI platform that enables product and domain teams to consume shared AI capabilities, with an accent on platform strategy, AI governance, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on implementing LLM and AI use cases, evaluating agent performance, coordinating regulatory compliance, and launching AI-powered client features.
Location: Munich, Germany; opportunity to work from abroad is available, with international relocation support if required.

What you will do
- Define and own the roadmap for the internal AI as a Platform offering.
- Identify AI opportunities across client experience, operational efficiency, scalability, fraud detection, and personalization.
- Drive implementation of strategic AI use cases and align delivery across platform, product, domain, and mobile teams.
- Lead AI compliance, regulatory adherence, ethical usage, data protection, and governance practices.
- Coordinate the launch and monitoring of client-facing AI features across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Compliance.
- Lead agile product development, backlog management, planning, user-story definition, and data-informed platform strategy.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager working on backend services, APIs, or AI-powered products.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt design, agent architectures, evaluation methods, and AI-powered service development.
- Ability to work effectively with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI/ML Engineers; a technical degree is an advantage.
- Experience with AI regulation, compliance, data governance, and collaboration with DPO or Legal teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and product ownership skills.
- Excellent English communication skills are required; German is an advantage.
