Senior Technical Lead - Manual Testing (Casino Gaming)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and complete manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts for slot games.
• Test gameplay mechanics, bonus features, animations, audio-visual elements, RNG behavior, and regulatory compliance.
• Diagnose code errors, identify root causes, document defects in Jira, and provide detailed findings to development teams.
• Modify game code to trigger features for test coverage, generate production and debug builds, and configure EGMs independently.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and software engineers during SIT test cycles.
• Improve testing tools, processes, and test cases while mentoring junior test engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software test engineering experience focused on casino or slot games and related industries.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance standards, slot mechanics, RNG, and dynamic or bonus systems.
• Experience planning and completing testing activities for gaming products.
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with C/C++ is desired.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of automation tools or scripting languages.
• Experience with C/C++ programming.
